I graduated from Roehampton University 2012 gaining a degree in Integrative counselling & am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors & Pyschotherapists.
My training being integrative means that I have studied a range of models including person centred counselling, psychodynamic counselling, Cognitive behavioural therapy, existential therapy & phenomenology.
My belief is that what’s most important is for you to feel safe, supported & listened to by a person that cares, is non- judgemental, can be trusted.
I will work alongside you to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, develop skills to improve the way you relate, self-care, stress management and explore areas in which you would like to make changes.
I am located in Escrick, York offering peaceful surroundings encompassing the grounding & healing benefits of the outdoors, nature & horses. I also have a comfortable room to offer more traditional face to face sessions.
